1. Jenny Field & Nicky Marshall - Reconnect With You (from hereon referred to as "we", "us" and/or "our") are committed to protecting and respecting your personal data and privacy (see privacy policy) as well as committed to providing services and products as agreed.
2. By proceeding with any purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
When booking your place by paying a deposit you agree to be invoiced for future payments to be paid by BACS to the details supplied on the invoice.
3. These terms may vary from time to time and will updated here accordingly. You accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions current at the time of payment / booking / accepting a one time offer, or continued supply of our services.
4. Please note the payment terms quoted at the time of booking/ordering will always be upheld. If none are quoted/shown, then terms are strictly within 7 days or 7 days prior to receipt/commencement of the ordered goods/services, as agreed/detailed at the time.
5. We reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered with prior notice; however, will always honour the agreed amount in the written contract, for the agreed time period of any services that are set at the beginning of delivery of those services.
6. If you wish to continue to use our services after the completion of your initial package, there is no guarantee that the rates will remain the same.
7. All monies for products and services are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless specified, or agreed at the time of purchase or subsequently.
8. If a payment plan has been agreed for any programme or service, you will be responsible for ensuring the agreed payments are paid at the agreed times, for the term of that non-negotiable contract. Failure to make payments in accordance with the terms will result in further action.
9. If you purchase your space at a Reconnection Day event and find that you are unable to attend it may be gifted with our agreement. In the unusual event of us not agreeing to this our decision will be final and not for discussion/reasoning.
10. In person and online event spaces purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a different date, event, location or even attendee. Please notify us by email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the event if you are unable to attend. In extenuating circumstances, if we are able to fill the space we will consider transfer to a different day, however, our decision will be final and not for discussion/reasoning.
11. Photographs/videos may be taken at the event and used in our marketing. If you wish to be excluded from any such media you are responsible for advising us of such.
12. By joining our programmes or buying our products, you the client, confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or over.
- Have the full mental and legal capacity to enter into this contract and to engage with the services independently and safely.
- All information supplied by you at all times is true, authentic and correct to the best of your knowledge.
- The client will assume all responsibility to arrive to all booked/planned, in person or online live sessions on time; with camera and audio enabled and ready to fully participate.
- Any additional tasks or exercises set between sessions are done so to maximise client outcomes and although are not compulsory, they are strongly advised as results cannot and will not be guaranteed or implied.
- The client understands a coaching session/attendance at a Reconnection Day cannot take place if if they have taken any mind-altering substances; or excessive consumption of alcohol within 24 hours of commencement.
